Designed for Alpine Touring and Backcountry skiers, these stocks feature an extended grip. The 400mm lightweight EVA Ripple grip allows the skier to adjust the height of their grasp as conditions demand, either on the uphill skinning track or on the downhill run.
- Great for skiers who like to rip at the resort or in the backcountry, fixed length touring poles are gaining worldwide popularity for their dependable strength and ease of use during technical ascents and wailing descents. No more fiddling with collapsible poles that require adjustment and occasionally fail in the backcountry.
- Please note: Touring poles come with a fixed length strap, email us if you'd prefer adjustable straps added for an extra $10... a range of colours are available.
Important: We craft custom length stocks to match your exact height. Please check the table below to calculate the size required. For skiers who spend most of their time in the backcountry we suggest adding 5cms to the recommended length of stocks. [This gives greater leverage on the skin track and approach as a longer pole makes skating easier.]

134- 140cm = 95cm
141-147cm = 100cm
148-154cm = 105cm

176-182cm = 125cm
183-189cm = 130cm
190-196cm = 135cm
197cm+ = 140cm
Alternately multiply your height in cms by 0.7 to get the approximate stock length. Eg. 170cms x 0.7 = 120cms.
